I’m doing my dissertation on adaptations of Homer, and one of the things I like about having to re-read the Odyssey and the Iliad is that it meant I had an excuse to buy one of the ridiculously pretty editions:

  1. Oh my goodness 😍 What a beautiful copy!! 💛 One time, I found a gold copy of The Great Gatsby on Pinterest, but I couldn’t find a place to buy it. Oh, well! But it was beautiful!

    1. Thank you, I love it! Saw it on amazon and had to snap it up! Have you tried Amazon for your great gatsby? If it’s not on there, at least you know that there are so many other beautiful versions of that book in particular! 🎉But I know what you mean about missing out on beautiful books, it’s such a shame!

      1. That’s awesome! I think that I already looked on Amazon, but I’m not sure, lol. I’ll have to check there again! Since I already own a copy of The Great Gatsby with the classic cover, it wasn’t my top priority to own another copy, lol. But I would still love to have it!
